With a 2,500-gallon tank, the FRC can fuel and defuel one aircraft or two ground vehicles simultaneously in less than 10 minutes. The FRC is ISO-mounted on a flatrack base, so warfighters can rapidly place, operate, maintain and recover it without any construction or material handling equipment. At any location.

The FRC is mobile both when full and when empty and is compatible with the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck, Load Handling Systems, The Palletized Load System truck and trailer and the United States Marine Corps Logistics Vehicle System Replacement.
