At DRS all employees are committed to continuous quality improvement in all that they do. Our intent is to meet or exceed our customers' expectations for on-time delivery and robust product performance for all of our commercial HVAC Marlo Heat Transfer products.

Our heat transfer products are commonly used in the following markets; power and energy, pharmaceutical, food processing, hospital, institutional, chemical, semiconductor / communications, pulp and paper, aerospace, and maritime. They are manufactured from quality materials typically in heavier grades and thicknesses. This ensures dependable performance and years of service, even in the most demanding conditions.

Our commercial coil Quality Management System has expanded from a process based on MIL-I-45208a into an ISO 9001 certified system. Our registrar (NQA of Acton, Mass.) conducts semi-annual surveillance audits. Additionally, DRS can offer Marlo Heat Transfer products that comply with Section VIII of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Code. We hold a “U” Stamp for the design and fabrication of Unfired Pressure Vessels. This system is monitored by both an authorized inspection agency in accordance with the National Board as well as a NUPIC utility.

From upfront engineering support to product shipment scheduling, total customer satisfaction is our goal today as it has been since our coil facility was founded in 1925. Whether it's design support, coils shipped in less than five days or what is required to satisfy your coil requirements, DRS Marlo Heat Transfer products can provide the solution.

Since DRS is a custom manufacturer, "pre-engineered" modules are not put together to provide you a solution that is merely close to meeting your needs. Rather than have you design your project around our equipment, we prefer to design our equipment around your project. With DRS, you may specify the custom dimensions and features that are important to you and we will be happy to provide them with unmatched value.

Centrally located in the United States, our DRS Marlo Coil 210,000 sq. ft. production facility is just thirty minutes from downtown St. Louis, Missouri.
