Part of the customer’s mission is to provide Operations, Maintenance, Engineering of Integrated Network Operations Center and worldwide deployment of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) based satellite communications systems in support of US, joint, and coalition forces during real-time operations, contingency deployments, training, and humanitarian missions and currently operates an INOC Services contract which encompasses a government owned, Contractor operated Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) and Help Desk at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), Illinois; Contractor-owned and operated Alternate NOSC, Tampa; SWA Help Desk with Contractor Field Service Representatives (CFSRs) in Southwest Asia (SWA) to support soldier operated Combat Service Support (CSS) SATCOM systems. In addition to the support of approximately 3,620 CSS SATCOM Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT), the effort operates and maintains up to 100 deployed satellite terminals in worldwide locations that support over 3,000 users with voice, data, and video services.
