Solutions for Enterprise-Wise Procurement (SEWP)

Leonardo DRS Network and Imaging Systems (NIS) is proud to hold two Prime contracts on the NASA program, Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, now in its fifth iteration (SEWP-V).

Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP, pronounced ‘soup’), is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle focused on commercial IT products and product based services. With over 140 pre-competed Prime Contract Holders, SEWP offers a wide range of commercial advanced technology including tablets, desktops and servers; IT peripherals; network equipment; storage systems; security tools; software products; cloud based services; telecommunications; Health IT; sensors; video conferencing systems and other IT, Communication and Audio-Visual products. Product based Services such as installation, training, maintenance and warranty and a full range of product based services are also available through SEWP.

SEWP is divided into 5 Groups of contracts. Groups A, B(1), B(2), C and D were awarded through a competitive process.

  • Group A was a full and open competition and consists primarily of large and small OEM’s/manufacturers.
  • Groups B, C, and D consists primarily of Value Added Resellers.
    • Group B(1) was a small business set-aside competition for HUBZone businesses. Group B(2) was a small business set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
    • Group C was a small business set-aside for Small Businesses.
    • Group D was a full and open competition and consists of both small and large businesses.


Note that each competed group has the same scope which provides overlap among all contracts and groups.


Leonardo DRS manages Large Business contracts in Categories A (NNG15SC08B) and D (NNG15SE05B).

In the last five years, Leonardo DRS has processed over $40 million in Orders under this contract for multiple Department of Defense Agencies. It is an excellent mechanism for rapid procurement of products and services within the Scope of the contract. Its ease of use provides competed Quotes in a timely manner. Leonardo DRS currently offers 240+ CLINS of proprietary products and services in it SEWP catalog. Additionally, we are an authorized re-seller for other OEMs such as HP, Cisco and Dell.

Leonardo DRS is compliant to the Requirements of Fair Opportunity (FAR Part 16.505 B).

Ordering Overview

The SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurements) contracts are open to NASA civil employees, NASA contractors, federal agencies and federal agency contractors. This document explains how to procure through SEWP. The contracts are managed and administered by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) at the NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO).

SEWP contracts focus on Information Technology product: servers, peripherals, software, supporting equipment and associated training, installation and implementation solutions.
