Employee Resource Groups

Leonardo DRS’ Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are voluntary, employee-led groups that create opportunities for employees to meet, collaborate, network and exchange ideas with people who share similar interest, background, orientation, or culture. Employee Resource Groups bring together employees from across the company and foster collaboration in a community-based way.

The goal is to foster a collaborative workplace aligned with the company’s core values and principles of Integrity, Agility, Excellence, Customer Focus, Innovation and Community & Respect.

Children Of Aging Parents (Caps)

CAPS is dedicated to supporting employees navigating the challenges of caring for elderly parents, offering resources, guidance, and a community to help manage these important responsibilities.

F.I.E.R.C.E. Pride

FIERCE PRIDE LGBTQ+ focuses on providing an open and supportive environment to encourage fairness and dialogue for employees to reach their full potential. The group strives to make a difference in the quality of life at work for LGBTQ+ employees and allies by engaging in community support and fostering awareness.

Hispanic Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA)

The Hispanic Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA) fosters a supportive forum for members to thrive and advance their careers. By promoting cultural diversity, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, HOLA contributes to the professional growth of its members while supporting the success of Leonardo DRS’s mission.

The Proud to Serve Proud Military & Veterans group is united by a shared purpose: to recognize and support active duty, Reserve, National Guard members, and veterans through community outreach, networking, and development opportunities for our veteran employees. This group not only provides a safe space for veterans to share stories and experiences but also fosters a learning environment where all employees can grow together.
