Leonardo DRS offers up to 160 hours paid parental leave for mothers and fathers of newborn or adopted children.
Flexible Work Hours
Most Leonardo DRS locations follow a 9/80 work schedule, for a modified work week with every other Friday off. This flex schedule allows you to pursue special interests and activities to improve work-life balance. A hybrid remote work arrangement is also available in some locations.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)
This pre-tax account permits saving for child care expenses such as day care or preschool tuition.
Adoption Assistance: Employees who adopt a child are eligible to receive adoption assistance to help with adoption-related expenses.
