Leonardo DRS Pledges $25,000 to Support Children of Fallen Patriots

Children of Fallen Patriots scholarships and financial assistance have assisted over 3,800 bright and motivated students throughout their undergraduate studies. Their story, and how they came to work with Children of Fallen Patriots, may begin with tragedy, but each one of their scholars is a shining example of how honoring legacy results in inspiring success.
Creating Sustainable Value

- In 2023, Leonardo DRS conducted its first formal sustainability materiality assessment to better understand and prioritize the environmental, social, and governance topics most relevant to our business and stakeholders. The assessment was designed in alignment with globally recognized standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
- The process involved a comprehensive review of industry benchmarks, peer disclosures, regulatory trends, and internal documentation. We also engaged a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders—including employees, customers and investors—through surveys and research to capture a range of perspectives on sustainability risks and opportunities. The result was a ranked list of sustainability topics based on their potential to impact Leonardo DRS’s business performance and our ability to influence positive environmental and social outcomes.
- These topics include (listed alphabetically):
- Board Composition and Governance
- Business Ethics & Integrity
- Data Privacy & Cybersecurity
- Employee Engagement & Well-being
- Human Capital Management
- Innovation & Technology
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Product Quality & Safety
- Risk Management
- Transparency & Reporting
- This assessment establishes a strategic foundation for our sustainability initiatives, helping us focus our reporting, target-setting, and program development on the areas that matter most. Going forward, we plan to refresh our materiality assessment on a regular basis to ensure continued alignment with evolving stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
