Here at Leonardo DRS, we are passionate about the products, systems, and solutions we provide in support of our military. We are also passionate about our corporate social responsibility in support of local and national organizations whose main objective is to help current military members, veterans, their families, and improving our communities.
In addition to the various charitable activities Leonardo DRS locations participate in to improve their local communities and support our military, we also match employees contributions to their selected non-profit organization and give time off for volunteering. Through our charitable match program, Leonardo DRS will match up to $250 annually for one charitable contribution per employee. Also, the Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program provides employees with the benefit of paid time off to contribute their time and talents to charities, causes, and not-for-profit organizations that make a positive difference in deepening community connections.
