Our DE&I strategy is overseen by leadership with collaboration from our action teams and employee resource groups. We believe in individual and team volunteerism, as well as charitable giving. Each year, our employees volunteer thousands of hours to support various charity initiatives.
Military & Veteran Support
Providing the military with innovative technology, products, and solutions is the core of our business. We believe that giving back to the military community, both active service members and veterans, is our top priority. Our veterans and reservists are vital members of the DRS team, and we are committed to employing veterans and reservists – they are important to our success. We support the military community by providing scholarships, sponsoring military charities, donating goods, services, monetary contributions, and so much more. Our employees are proud to support the military and their families by organizing and participating in many charitable activities across the country.
