Built for demanding ground vehicle environments, the Vehicle DC/DC Power Conditioner helps isolate and protect downstream electronics from transients, spikes, and surges in accordance with MIL-STD-1275D.
The unit provides a current-limited 1500W output, with a factory-adjustable input current limit that can be set to support up to 1750W when higher power is required. Regulation is designed to support sensitive loads with tight steady-state voltage regulation and low ripple (including <20 mV RMS ripple).

Rugged 28 VDC Conditioner with Integrated DC Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Functionality
In addition to conditioning, the power conditioner also functions as a DC UPS by using internal supercapacitors to provide a minimum of 20 seconds of holdup at 1140W (at 25°C), supporting ride-through for brief vehicle power interruptions without the maintenance burden of batteries. The supercapacitors are maintenance-free and rated for a 10-year service life, reducing life-cycle support compared to lead-acid solutions.
Designed for integration into vehicle power architectures, the unit supports single 28 VDC input and single 28 VDC output, includes red/green LED status indication, and offers an optional power status signal (open collector “power not available” output). It is packaged in a compact, forced-air cooled enclosure (approximately 14 x 12 x 8 inches, 37.5 lb max) and is qualified for harsh environments including MIL-STD-810G vibration and wide operating temperatures (-32°C to +49°C).
