Leonardo DRS is committed to promoting corporate social responsibility and having a positive impact on the communities where we live and work.

We believe in individual and team volunteerism, as well as charitable giving. Each year, our employees volunteer thousands of hours to support various charity initiatives.

The Leonardo DRS Charitable Foundation provides financial support to causes that reflect our commitment to the United States Armed Forces, children’s health and education, and community and civic causes that improve the quality of life in our communities. We also respond quickly to natural disasters, supporting relief programs at home and abroad.

At Leonardo DRS, we are dedicated to supporting military members, veterans, and their families. Our employees actively participate in volunteer work and donate to non-profit organizations through our myCOMMUNITY program. This program includes Charitable Matching, which matches employees’ charitable contributions to non-profit organizations, and Paid Time Off for Volunteering (VTO). We are passionate about giving back to our communities.
