The 10-micron pixel pitch Vanadium Oxide (VOx) technology is the most advanced uncooled infrared sensor design available to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) today.

Tenum® 640 Echo
The all new Tenum® 640 Echo incorporates the Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) interface into the proven Tenum 640 camera module.
The Tenum® 640 Echo combines low power, high performance, shutterless design, light weight, and small size – making it ideal for battery powered, handheld, and drone applications.
The MIPI interface supports the Camera Serial Interface (CSI) and Camera Command Set (CCS) standards and ensures that module will plug & play with any MIPI compliant image processor. All video outputs support a fixed 640 x 480, 60 Hz frame rate and digital zoom is also available.
The shutterless design reduces size and weight with an IP-67 sealed package design of only 1 square inch and weighing only 28 grams. The Tenum 640 Echo enjoys ultra-low power consumption of only 1.2 W across an operating temperature of -40°C to 70°C.
