Proudly located only five miles from Lake Michigan, the Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin is a premiere provider of power technology.
Our large Menomonee Falls, WI location houses the design, test, and manufacturing facilities for naval and marine power distribution, power conversion, motor controls, drives, and automation / control equipment. Leonardo DRS products from this facility have been deployed on every U.S. Navy combatant delivered since 1945, including of the U.S. Navy’s newest ship designs.
The Menomonee Falls site spans 376,000 square feet and employs over 650 people to design, test, qualify, manufacture, and support all of our systems and components, from fractional HP motor controllers to multi-megawatt drives. Our dedicated manufacturing area spans 150,000 square feet with an additional 75,000 square feet available for expansion. This facility also includes 50,000 square feet for test equipment, including environmental chambers, a lightweight shock machine, EMI, and a medium voltage power lab. We have over 100 professional engineers and designers to support our broad product portfolio.
